Alquimia is Spanish for Alchemy.  In the art of cooking, the key relays on the right combination of elements at the right temperature. Its fusion, matching and blending are what makes the difference, and hence, the magic. There is alchemy in mixing the precise ingredients to be transformed into their best ulterior form, texture and taste.
